  • There is a Registration Worksheet for Teachers to fill out to help Participants and Parents register for the correct classes with the correct spelling/info. Teachers: please print this page out and fill out all the information, and give to your students/parents so that they can register with the correct information with exact timing of pieces. Please click here.

  • Registration information is entered online. Once you have completed the online registration information, fees are paid by CREDIT CARD ONLY. Do NOT use the payment by “Check” option.

  • Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • This information is required for the Festival to be able to ensure you have entered into the correct class. In age defined classes, select your class based on what age you are as of December 31st, 2023.

  • You will enter the class that is the average age of the performers in your group.

    Example:

    For a duet: 13 yrs. + 17 yrs. = 30 divided by 2 = 15. Enter 16 years and under class. For a quartet: 10 yrs. + 12 yrs. + 8 yrs. + 7 yrs. = 37 divided by 4 = 9.25. Enter the 10 years and under class.

  • Enter the sixth performer on the same line as the fifth performer i.e. John Smith, Jane Smith.

  • Classes may occur on any day during the Festival event and at any time of day when the Festival is in session. Participants cannot reschedule their class time. By default, classes are scheduled 9:30am-9:00pm, seven days a week.

  • Yes. This field is optional. If your teacher registers as an account holder, they will be able to provide you with their teacher ID. You can add this ID later to your registration information.

  • Check that you have correctly entered both your email address and password. Review your password to ensure it conforms to the specifications.

  • Please first check to see if it ended up in your email junk folder. If you are registering from a school or university these institutions have higher security and may block emails through firewall protections. Sometimes, It can take a few hours for the verification email to be sent to you.

  • Make sure that you enter numbers or letters only in these fields. For example, if you use “#” instead of the word “No.” or “Sharp” you will receive an error message. Avoid using / : + and other special character symbols.

  • Late entry applications may be considered up to 7 days after the registration deadline if there is still room in the class. Requests must be made in writing. If accepted, there will be a $50.00 late fee charge added to registration fees. If, it is after this 7 day period, ALL late registration requests will be rejected.

  • You can correct this information by logging into your Festival account IF it is still BEFORE the registration deadline date. Once logged in, click on My Dashboard at the top of the page, where you will see all of your registered classes. Click on the pencil sign displayed beside the specific class you want to edit. Once edited, click on Update to save the changes. Registrations will not be considered if incomplete.

    Once registration has closed, corrections will only be accepted until January 30th, 2024.

    Allowable changes include: Repertoire title, movements, composer, timing, class, and competitor’s names. All this information will appear as listed on all festival documents and should be correct at time of registration.

    $50.00 fee must accompany any correction request.

    NO changes will be accepted after January 30th, 2024.

  • Complaints will only be reviewed when made in writing via the online COMPLAINTS AND PROTESTS page on the website. This should be completed immediately after the class or action, addressed to the Executive Director and/or the Festivals Chairman, together with a protest fee of $50.00. If the protest is upheld, the fee will be returned. The Protest Committee’s decision will be final.
